Dispatch times

We dispatch all orders, including personalised items, within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Delivery estimates below start from dispatch, rather than from the time you place your order.

Standard delivery — Royal Mail Tracked 48

£1.99, or free on orders over £40.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 has a delivery aim of 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Faster delivery — Royal Mail Tracked 24

£2.99.

Upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout for a next-working-day delivery aim after dispatch. Our usual dispatch times still apply.

Free delivery on orders over £40 applies to the standard Tracked 48 service. The Tracked 24 upgrade costs £2.99.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its progress.

Delivery estimates

Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 delivery times are aims, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays can occasionally occur.
