Need to change an order?

Please contact us immediately with your order number and the change you would like to request. We’ll check whether it is still possible, but cannot guarantee changes or cancellations as orders are processed quickly.

Once dispatched, we cannot amend an order or stop its shipment. Your cancellation and return rights for non-personalised items still apply.
